Refund Policy

At Graham AI Solutions, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality AI tools, automation solutions, and chatbot services. Our goal is to ensure every client is satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.

General Policy
Because our products and services are digital and often custom-built for each client, all sales are considered final once work has started or a product has been delivered.

Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued only if:

  • The service or product delivered is substantially different from what was outlined in the signed agreement or invoice.

  • A technical error on our side prevents the product or service from functioning as described, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • A written refund request is submitted to support@grahamaisolutions.com within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:

  • Custom development, setup fees, or design work already completed.

  • Hours spent on consultations, training, or integration work.

  • Third-party tools, subscriptions, or services purchased on your behalf.

  • Projects paused or canceled by the client after work has begun.


Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund based on the percentage of the project completed at the time of cancellation, minus any non-refundable costs.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. You will be notified by email once the refund is issued.

Alternatives to Refunds
When possible, we may offer service adjustments, credits toward future work, or additional features as a goodwill resolution in place of a refund.
