Welcome to Graham AI Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our AI-powered chatbot assistants, automation tools, sentiment analysis, analytics dashboards, and related solutions (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If using on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Scope of Services – We provide AI automation products, chatbot assistants, call filtering, sentiment analysis, analytics dashboards, and related consulting. Features may vary depending on your plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without liability.
Client Responsibilities – You agree to provide accurate information for setup, maintain any necessary licenses or authorizations, not misuse or resell our technology without permission, and ensure your use complies with applicable laws including privacy, data protection, and telecommunication rules.
Fees and Payment – Fees are billed per your selected subscription or package. Payment is due in full before activation. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Late payments may result in suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property – All software, algorithms, designs, documentation, and other materials are owned by Graham AI Solutions or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Data Privacy & Security – We prioritize your data’s confidentiality and security. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for breaches caused by third-party platforms you connect to our Services.
Service Availability – We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
Limitation of Liability – To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months before the claim.
Indemnification – You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Graham AI Solutions, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law & Disputes – These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States of America.
Changes to Terms – We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Graham AI Solutions Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to individuals 18 years or older.

Referrers must have a valid email and payment method on file (if applicable).

Graham AI Solutions employees and contractors are not eligible.
2. Referral Rewards

A referral is considered valid only when:

The referred business signs up for a paid service plan with Graham AI Solutions.

The referred business is a new customer (not previously in contact or on trial).

Rewards are either:

$50 service credit (applied to your next invoice), OR
-
$50 digital gift card (Amazon or equivalent).

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the gift card option.
3. Limits & Restrictions

Maximum of 5 referral rewards per individual per calendar year unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

Referrals must be genuine business introductions. Fraudulent or spam referrals will void eligibility.
4. Payment of Rewards

Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the referred client’s first successful payment.

Graham AI Solutions reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value.
5. Program Modifications

Graham AI Solutions may modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.

Any referrals made prior to termination will still be honored if they meet the eligibility criteria.
6. Liability Disclaimer

Graham AI Solutions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable gift cards.

All tax implications from referral rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
